Are there any mods that change TNO's UI? I cant stand that black and cyan colour scheme, its why i could never get into the mod myself.

I'm not sure how UI mods for mods age. I suppose you should just try it and see if anything's broken.

I feel like in the After The End there should be even more wasteland in the northern parts of North America, especially going inlands away from the coast,but I guess that'd be unfair or something.

You might be glad to know I’m referencing that. Mormonism in AtE, though, is probably a bit closer to their 2024 counterpart than snakehandling is.

I could easily convert if I wanted to. There’s supposed to be a snakehandling church near where I live. Can’t find any real info on it though. Maybe it isn’t around anymore?

I'm once again foraying into learning how to mod Paradox games by learning how to make a custom formable nation for a game I have going with a friend, wherein he plays as Britain and I'm playing as Columbia going into Canada. Decided to see about making a Super North America, and will probably include as many North American cultures as I can without breaking the game, and I also want to have unique flags depending on whether you form it as Canada, America, or Mexico. But that's all for later down the line, right now I just need to figure out how to make the damn thing. I don't expect it to be balanced at all, in ANY capacity, but I figure it'll be fun to play with in coop games.

If this goes well, maybe I'll look into making some custom formables for other British dominions for a planned even larger British Empire game. Who knows, not I.

I know it's not grounded in reality. It's over the top.
Then I guess "too few people for purposes of game mechanics" probably should also apply to lot of areas that are playable in base ck3 I guess.

Also after I made previous post I actually looked terrain map mode and I realized that way realms map mode works it just painted over actual wastelands lol

Got to play paradox multiplayer for the first time, game of stellaris and both my friend and I are getting absolutely bodied by AI. Good news is that I got an early game federation and was able to pressure my rather imposing federation to strike at this very aggressive machine empire before it decided to attack either us or the other player. It's been a lot of fun despite how bad we are.

Also as an acknowledgement of our... Monarch? Dictator? Pope? I dunno what Bralias self proclaimed title is these days, but I do have SOME pictures to share of my dumb ass mod to share after like 4 hours of confusedly looking at gamefiles, trying desperately to figure out how to make a formable nation. It's actually not that hard surprisingly, I just needed to know what I was looking for.

I won't share the other three images regarding different names, but this is the republic variant. Other names are North American Empire, for monarchies, North American Union, for communists, and Grand American Congregation for theocracies. Not too set on the names, but Grand American Congregation does have a special kinda vibe to it. Also not too set on the map color. Wanted it to be in between British Pink and Yankee Blue, but I feel like I've just transplanted a Byzantium.



Then these are the accepted cultures I've tentatively decided on. Why you may ask? No real reason, this is primarily for use in a private game with my friend in which the Americas are to be my personal domain as a loyal colony of Britain. It's probably all bullshit that's not balanced in any way.

Making your pops in Stellaris cybernetic or synthetic is no longer an all or nothing process anymore. People can, unless actively coerced, opt out.

I guess I'm unfair towards IRL indigenous americans' recollection of their histories and I guess flavor is needed for mod. And there's lot of style things going on. But still feels like in time and context this mod takes place, this doctrine feels sort of out of the place.

Ive not played EUIV in years, i just got burnt out from it, especially with how much DLC there was. So im hoping EUV can interest me on launch.

I'm looking forward to the new balance of power in Anatolia. Instead of just punching an already dead horse, defeating the Byzantines should be way more satisfying.

Alas, despite defeating the machine empire the strength of the federation got out of hand and both of us have been forced into boredom by the lack of things to do. We're probably going to abandon the game calling it a win since the machines had the crisis aspirant perk and somehow despite all the militarist factions bordering each other they were all too friendly to fight each other.

Given how much they're literally just grasping at content to add to the game, at this point I'm just glad EUIV is on its last leg and we're gonna get a new game. Johan has already said it'll basically have all of EUIV's features at launch, though I'm not holding my breath on that.
