Meanwhile, EUIV, fresh out of a strong and well-received DLC are officially sharing the hidden pathway to an easter egg outcome some would consider to be . . . unnatural.
Oh, and the Stellaris DLC will be available imminently.

I'm not feeling to good with CK3 being a very long lived game like 2 was or how EUIV is.

I can honestly see the game being Imperator'd eventually with how glacially slow content rollout has been for it tbh. Royal Court is the only serious bit of content for CK3 so far and it's average at best and pretty widely regarded as overpriced, that's not a very great start to only having one DLC per year.

Two years since CK2 release: 5 expansions, the first taking just over four months, adding to a base game starting in 1066 and with only Christians playable: Muslims; Byzantines, Orthodoxy, and factions; merchant republics that offer a different way to play the game altogether (not even a year after release!); Vikings, Zoroastrians, and a new start date offering 200 more years of gameplay; and Jews
I guess that's what happens when you make a game designed for Reddit le funny glitterhoof incest screenshots! Do they still have Anglo-Norman surnames in the Anglo-Saxon culture namelist? LOL. At least people can make le funny custom meme religions (also for Reddit screenshots) though.

Things already included in base CK3 added in CK2 DLC: Muslims, factions, Vikings, Zoroastrians, raiding Jews, India/Tibet/Myanmar, retinues. Byzantines could be played in vanilla CK2, there was just nothing making them any different from a Western European ruler.
To put it simply, there's less relatively easy, quick things to add in CK3 compared to CK2 because so much of CK2's early DLC content was included in CK3's base game.
I'm not exactly the biggest fan of CK3 out there. Base CK3 is better than base CK2, but CK2 with everything is better than CK3 with everything.
Also give us ships back Paradox, rather than armies being able to turn into boats at will. It's dumb.

No. Base game CK3 was a massive improvement over CK2 with most of it's DLC.
Not even. Base CK3 is better than base CK2 by a mile, sure, but if you have all the major DLC for CK2 (barring Conclave, I feel that's a much more optional one) it blows CK3 out of the water in terms of depth and content. Nomads, societies, secret religions, republican and imperial government types, nomads, China, the Silk Road, an actual disease system, Papal elections, actually functioning crusades, regents etc etc. When you actually look at it CK3 is missing most of the stuff CK2 added over its lifespan and is starting almost entirely over, and the team is struggling mightily to actually push out content in a timely manner.
