ground combat may actually be a thing now? nice. I normally stop waging war around the time that I realize Stellaris doesn't use Star Destroyers like a sane space game.

I would agree but the launcher is designed to brick itself. Old launcher wasn't perfect but even the primitive pre ck2 launchers were better than the paradox launcher which is a glorified brick.
