At first I thought you were joking, since most of the pics are of the normal stuff, maps, characters and clothing, events, tabs, etc. And then suddenly we've got a naked dude and his wife. WTF. I seriously hope we get to disable that in the options, since the thought of being holy warr'd by naked heretics scares me.

I love Paradox, not their DLC Policy, but Paradox. And I love the CK, VIC, HOI, and EU titles. My one concern with the failed launches they've had recently if pre-ordering would really be a good idea? I know this would be their CK team. But at the same time what about the track record that they have had recently. Don't get me wrong I want this game to launch a success and I will probably pre-order anyway. It just has a lot of "ifs" for me due to their recent performances.

Pretty much this. While its likely you'll lose some cosmetic stuff if you don't pre-order, it's better to wait. Paradox doesn't exactly have a good history with the quality of its games at launch.
