GW never really supported non-Cadian sprue IG armies though, Kreig is the only one that jumps to mind for having more than just a couple of sets if that. It's probably not cost effective for them, and I get it from a business point of view, but I am hoping this leads to more people exploring third party and 3D printing for models.

If they were smart about it I think they could make it work. Treat guard regiment upgrade spruce like space marine chapter upgrade spruce.

Possibly, but it also depends on current sales, expected demand, their production pipeline, etc. I think it would be neat, but without seeing their books it's hard to say.

Very well could have been they had the stock still around and just weren't doing any new production runs on it. Last chance to buy could just be them making the status official/making people rush to buy the remaining stock to open up warehouse space.

Elysians also had a huge range with their own vehicles and everything, but they sold much less than Kriegers did so FW discontinued them.

Dakka Squadron have the Orks lugging around a Tech Priest in one of their Waaaaghs, but he seems to be more of a prisoner. Plus Ernulph and Logash jumping the gun in Caves of Ice. I think Trazyn could be amenable to an alliance, or just trading trophies.

I deadass forgot Elysians existed. I don't even think I ever saw them in the wild, were they a viable army list?

Sort of? Had all the units from forge world, but their rules were rarely updated and they weren't all that competitive as an army.

He and the Spiderman i linked the other day are both part of the "Red Harvest" thing they have been teasing for Warcry, so maybe some new chaos warbands since they are both chaos warriors?

Leaked custodes lieutenant

Its an incredibly blurry image but you can tell its a custodes by the colours and shape of the armour, it also lines up perfectly with one of the silhouettes from a recent warhammer community post about upcoming releases. So id reckon the GSC vs Custodes box set leak probably has a good chance of happening.

Going to play another few 500 point warhammer 40k games tomorrow in 9th edition. Bringing my guard army again and see how i fare this time. Need to tinker around with a few potential lists.

Fungi are indeed considered vegan friendly. However Orks are known to bleed red and their sapient nature means that Ork is not vegan friendly unless you are a Blood Angel Successor Chapter

Orks, however, have a very basic dietary approach: they'll pretty much eat anything or anyone.

It really was, which is exactly what I wanted. A giant, stomping robot that punches things while the rest of the guard mope about how weak their lasguns are.

Those things are the WH40K equivalent of a BattleMech, which usually means they are an absolute horror to behold for swarms of enemy infantry. Do Knights come with flamers, by the way?

How is this for a 500 point list vs some Orks? Its a casual game so im not going all out on something ultra meta and ive only played two games before so its a way of getting used to thing still.
