Flight of the Eisenstein was the last truly great Horus Heresy novel in my opinion, the series started to lag and stumble over its own over-convoluted plot mess from that point on.

I think the first five books, ending with Fulgrim are absolutely solid. I enjoyed those books a lot and blitzed through them when i first started reading the series but there are some later books i would put on the same level as them. Namely Legion, A Thousand Sons and Know no Fear.

Scars is by far and without a doubt my favourite Black Library novel, and possibly my favourite science fiction novel. Some of the other later ones are quite good (Unremembered Empire and Path of Heaven, for example), but others are awful (The Outcast Dead and Betrayer spring to mind).

I'm willing to bet it's a middleman position, you filter out the stuff that GW doesn't care about and kick the stuff it does to legal so they can write a cease and desist or hit it with a DMCA notice. Sounds boring to be honest, probably just working off of a guidelines list and submitted reports.

Midwinter Minis had a video up about their experience with Warhammer+ and their thoughts on it. And it got claimed for copy right infringement. Initially a lot of people suspected it was an automated thing but Guy (Fella behind Midwinter Minis, its his actual name) made a post on reddit showing it was manually claimed.

edit: From what ive heard, Guy's review was one of the more positive ones out there (ive only seen his), so galaxy brain idea to go after someone who was largely positive about your service you fucking idiots. Might have pissed them off when he suggested some of the music they used in Hammer and Bolter sounded kind of similar to his own music he has made.

So either lying out their ass after being caught or best case scenario they have completely untrained people doing this with 0 communication internally over the matter.

I was scrolling through my Steam Library, and noticed that Eternal Crusade was there, though I do not remember ever playing it. I clicked on it, and was presented with a news post saying:
