It would be the most plausible for a seige of terra imperial fists, white scars or blood angels army.

Ordered myself the new Cadian army box and bought some Blood Knights for my growing Soulblight Gravelords army.

My folks said they would cover the expense of the Army box as a christmas present which is neat.

Though if I do manage to ever get into the tabletop I'd probably do a Necron or Tau army.

Nice. Always liked the Tau myself, had a small army of them when i was a kid that might possibly be in my Sisters Attic. Asked her if she is ever up there digging stuff out to have a look for me, would always be cool to salvage some of them or something.

Just found what I was looking for: A Siege of Terra Imperial Fist legionary in MK7 'Aquila' Power Armour (Instagram, may require login)

Bonus: Cthonian Imperial Fist. It's actually quite close to what I imagine Dornian Heresy IF to look like.

Tau are fun most of the time (except in 8th edition, where everything was just too expensive). It was my first army.

They are in a few short stories - but given they don't tend to be particularly chatty it's unlikely they'll feature much in a full book.

They are indeed. Their new model range is such a good update compared to the old metal ones. I actually picked myself up the Hospitaller model the other day when i was at my local shops armies on parade event as i thought she would be a fun model just to paint.

Disregard Tau, acquire Necrons.
Sororitas are an underrated choice. I want more people to play them because the more people who get their ass kicked by them the less people meme on them.

Honestly pretty disappointed with these reveals. Vashtorr was teased as dark mechanicum, instead we just get some mechanical demon.

The world eaters were roided up, no shirt no sleeves. And... that's about it. Was expecting something more from them.

The Cawdor thing just looks plain dumb.

Nothing particularly interests me that much this time around though i do think Vashtorr has a really cool design.

I also am unsure about how i feel about the Snarlfang Riders, they dont... fit the army design and aesthetic of the Gloomspite gitz imo. You have an army of hooded goblins, trolls, lots of squigs and mushroom/moon motifs and imagery (yes there are also the spider riders but thats more of a WFB holdover and kind of the odd one out in the army) then you add some... hobgoblins with a different design on wolves. They look like they belong in either a new goblin subfaction or as part of the Krule Boyz.

On the other hand i think Grinkraks looncourt look really good and fit that army.

Vashtorr clearly has been in the Realm of Chaos for a while, honing his/her skills. Impressive model, if you ask me.

And the Vostroyans. If they brought them back with new plastic miniatures i would be a very happy man. Ive looked on ebay for some to buy over the last year or so and the prices seem a bit mad and im sceptical of buying anything on that site. Should have bought that box when they put them out for last sale a few years ago.

I know someone I talked to suggested GW could put out a "longcoats" box that could be built as Steel Legion, Krieg or Valhallans with just head swaps.
