Looks like they are returning to the 3rd Edi Codex system where there is one basisc Space Marine Codex and additional supplement Codizes for more specialized chapters.

Surprised that the White Scars are first in line after the Ultraboys and not the BA, SW or DA.

Army idea, basically a Praetorian Guard regiment based upon the 95th/Sharpe's Rifles.

How would you play them? Personally I think the Tallarn and Catachan doctrine fit Sharpe's Rifles the most.

Praetoria is a hive world, wondered whether it had a moon that was still wilderness.

I don't really think you need a wild wilderness for a 95th based unit. Historically the 95th was Intially recruited from a bunch of different regiments and IIRC as many of them were from the industrialising towns and cities as were from the country. Yes hagman has become the sort of stereotype of a rifleman his kind were pretty rare. Of course there is evidence that, like every special unit in the BA since, theother regiments used them as a dumping ground for misfits and trouble makers.
It's also centsinly possible that groups excelling in marksmanship and feild craft could be found inside hives; be it in themid levels, underhive or even any "out doors" wastelands.

Sharpe's character was originally from London too.
Cornwell later changed his origin to Sheffield due to Sean Bean's portrayal.

There's of course the factor as well that at the time the difference between a big city dweller and a country dweller just wasn't as stark or significant as it is today. Why can't Praetoria be the same? After all, the galaxy is a big place, and many different social cleavages could be the notable factor on many different planets.

Yeah, the Catachans kind of took that wilderness unit role already.

Alot of the recruitment for the Rifles was the county militias, primarily going after men who were gamekeepers or poachers as a certain standard of marksmanship was expected by the founder of the Rifles. Though the Rifles also attracted alot of Gentlemen Adventurers, young rich men hoping to prove themselves in battle in order to acquire an officer's commission.
