Sure they are. But she was able to use this ability very successfully with no practice or training, hence why I'm calling BS on it. Even those we have thus far seen that have a strong connection to the Force require training to use their abilities.

Yes he did. That was the entire point of the sequence: proving that Anakin had Force abilities.

Precognition training yes, but not telekinesis training. In fact, telekinesis was not once even mentioned in the original movie as Lucas hadn't come up with the idea until Empire.
