Hey, I like it. I'm job hunting and can't afford to splurge $60 on a game like I used to. So for $15, I get this big ass library of games to play for the month. And I've played some good ones on there.

Pretty much any $60 game is like $10 on g2a

Oh I don't judge people who buy new games (as much as I judge gamepass).

I haven't played anything since 2017 because there haven't been any releases since 2017 that I thought were good enough to warrant any money. There are exceptions, but all of the exceptions are sequels to games I haven't finished yet (eg Sekiro).

g2a is for PC gamers. And my computer is a crusty old laptop that can't run anything good. So I'm perfectly happy with game pass.

I found the story mode to be boring, survival mode is where it’s at.

I dont think its that bad, has some interesting stuff in it and a few moments i thought were cool.

Ive not given survival a proper go yet.

My advice is sound and built on experience and knowledge of the game : fires suck, you don’t need warmth if you have cold coffee. steak is tastier raw, and stomach parasites are stupid and weak. eat food whether or not it’s low condition, it’s tasty. kill all bunnies and leave the meat far away from your house. eat fish as soon as you catch them, raw. and lastly, start on the MurderMountain on interloper difficulty.

I love survival games, but that game is just mean. Like my God, I know games like that are supposed to be tough, but it's just sadistic.

Yeah you think things are starting to look up and then you go outside your cabin, warm and full of coffee, ready to start the new day, and you wind up staring at a bear. then the bear just leaves you dying for some reason, waits til you use up your last bandages and antiseptic, and strikes again.

Honestly the biggest surprise of 2020 so far has been that Elite: Dangerous suddenly announced that they were adding most of the features that Star Citizen promised 8 years ago, but SC is still no closer to release.

Well that 2nd part isn't a surprise. E:D's announcement was definitely surprising.

Piracy doesn't give you access to online MP, though. Or updates. Updates was always what bothered me the most with pirated games. It's why I stopped playing Stellaris, actually.

The Nod campaign in command and conquer is one of the worst things ive ever played. Bad level design after bad level design with bullshit odds, im gona stab someone.

The GDI campaign had some really rough moments but its easily more bearable than this imo

I've tangentially known about Limbo of the Lost for a few years now but I finally bothered watching MandaloreGaming's video on it. I was not prepared for that to be the ending of the game. I just want every game to end like that now.
