Halo 2 is where they really got the formula down and so holds up better, and heck, that’s the hardest one.
The only reason Halo 2 is the hardest is because of crappy level design, enemy placement, and nerfing most of the most commonly found weapons. Like your first trip to High Charity, where you get sent into the middle of enemy territory in a cramped circular room and have to take on 2 gold armor Jiral-Hanae with only a recently nerfed Needler and a Plasma Pistol if you're lucky.
That's not a fair challenge, that's bullshit, especially on legendary. And it makes perfect sense considering Halo 2 was the main game they had the least amount of time and resources to work on. Everything in Halo CE feels like it was deliberately made, even the parts that can be a slog feel like they were made to be so, that's not really the case for Halo 2 though.

Clearly you haven't played Halo Legendary enough if you forgot to mention those one-shot one kill aim bot high precision sniper jackals.

They’ll charge right at you, usually with the benefit of having other combat forms to get behind, and blow the fuck out of you at close range. They have no self preservation and don’t care about getting caught in the blast.
It can be difficult to distinguish them from others in a Scorpion, and good luck avoiding that splash damage on legendary.

At least Hodd Toward admitted they made a mistake with 4's dialogue system instead of pretending it was an improvement over the old system. I'll give him that one. Of course, I wouldn't be surprised if Fallout 5's dialogue system was just a smiley or a frown as your options.

Hence why there is a slew of mods out there that change it so that it is more like the NV one.
Playing RimWorld and just found a visiting male tribal who has the traits "Misandrist" and "Gay". The guy must be doing some epic Doublethink in order to have both of those traits at the same time.

The only "Nintendo PlayStation" ever publicly auctioned has sold for $300,000 (£230,700).
The ultra-rare prototype was the offspring of a short-lived collaboration between Nintendo and Sony, and was supposed to add CD-ROM support to the Super Nintendo.
Sony went on to create its own wildly successful PlayStation brand.
Heritage Auctions said it might be the last remaining Nintendo prototype, as the others were probably destroyed.
"People had kind of heard about this story - Nintendo and Sony partnering up to make the next, or the sequel to, the Super Nintendo," said Conor Clarke of the National Videogame Museum in Sheffield.
"But nobody really had confirmation that it existed. So it was mythical."
That status, he said, may explain why it is now the most expensive gaming object ever.
