Hard? No.

Filled with scrappy mechanics? Yes.

Halo 2 is where they really got the formula down and so holds up better, and heck, that’s the hardest one.

The only reason Halo 2 is the hardest is because of crappy level design, enemy placement, and nerfing most of the most commonly found weapons. Like your first trip to High Charity, where you get sent into the middle of enemy territory in a cramped circular room and have to take on 2 gold armor Jiral-Hanae with only a recently nerfed Needler and a Plasma Pistol if you're lucky.

That's not a fair challenge, that's bullshit, especially on legendary. And it makes perfect sense considering Halo 2 was the main game they had the least amount of time and resources to work on. Everything in Halo CE feels like it was deliberately made, even the parts that can be a slog feel like they were made to be so, that's not really the case for Halo 2 though.

Underrated frustration inducing Halo enemy: Flood combat forms with rocket launchers.

They’ll charge right at you, usually with the benefit of having other combat forms to get behind, and blow the fuck out of you at close range. They have no self preservation and don’t care about getting caught in the blast.

It can be difficult to distinguish them from others in a Scorpion, and good luck avoiding that splash damage on legendary.

You know, playing all this New Vegas made me realize how they fucked up the dialogue system in 4. I'd largely forgotten on account of not playing it since like 2010 (According to the last achievement I earned for it) but cripes, it really was a downgrade.

At least Hodd Toward admitted they made a mistake with 4's dialogue system instead of pretending it was an improvement over the old system. I'll give him that one. Of course, I wouldn't be surprised if Fallout 5's dialogue system was just a smiley or a frown as your options.

Managed to pull off my first ever religious victory in Civ VI. It feels so good to have mindlessly ignore the whining of the AI when I convert their cities. Now the AI knows how I feel every time I see an army of Apostles showing up on my door with no capable defense against it.

It feels extra special to me that I did it without even playing as a Civ designed with faith in mind. What started as a casual Egypt game with no set goal, turned into a determined religious victory run. Hallowed are the Riverine, the most contributive trait amongst its beliefs being that my missionaries/apostles were capable of ignoring movement terrain penalties.

I'm feeling disproportionately happy about this, it feels nice to do something truly new in a game that I've put hundreds of hours into.

Hence why there is a slew of mods out there that change it so that it is more like the NV one.

Not necessarily. He could simply be a homosexual who hates him self for being homosexual and considers other men to be evil harbingers of temptation trying to lure him away from god. Or something like that.
Purpelia does not reflect my actual world views. In fact, the vast majority of Purpelian cannon is meant to shock and thus deliberately insane. A Nintendo Playstation just sold at auction for $300,000 (£230,700). Yes, you heard me right, a Nintendo Playstation:

The only "Nintendo PlayStation" ever publicly auctioned has sold for $300,000 (£230,700).

The ultra-rare prototype was the offspring of a short-lived collaboration between Nintendo and Sony, and was supposed to add CD-ROM support to the Super Nintendo.

Sony went on to create its own wildly successful PlayStation brand.

Heritage Auctions said it might be the last remaining Nintendo prototype, as the others were probably destroyed.

"People had kind of heard about this story - Nintendo and Sony partnering up to make the next, or the sequel to, the Super Nintendo," said Conor Clarke of the National Videogame Museum in Sheffield.

"But nobody really had confirmation that it existed. So it was mythical."

That status, he said, may explain why it is now the most expensive gaming object ever.
