Solid game even if it can take a while for its story to really get going and connect together, but lots of the cases are interesting and its interrogation mechanics are good. Oddly hilarious at times too

So a few days ago, I finished Dead Space 1 on Hard difficulty. I am now playing Dead Space 2 on Normal just to unlock the Hardcore Mode.

I am actually dreading to think how the hell I'm going to complete this. Might be even harder than Halo's LASO...

People really make it easy to defend. Its not like I love NFTs at all, I rather not interact with them, personally. Its just the anti-NFT crowd takes that shit to a whole new level. It's like people who hate CoD, there's an entire industry of people who enjoy content to just hate on shit.

Like what did ubisoft do? They just said "most people don't understand NFTs," its a true fact. Because if anybody who actually understands NFTs, you'd know that they don't even use the blockchain technology they swear they use. Its just a URL. Because the infrastructure just isn't there for blockchain.

Then Yong Yea spent the rest of the video sperging the fuck out about live service.

This actually is tempting me to make a NFT of Yong Yea complaining about NFTs for the shits and giggles. Just get a pdf and post it on some NFT website and sell that shit.

Person who defends everything that makes gaming terrible defends NFTs in games wasting more time in the gaming thread to the surprise of no one.

Anyways been playings a lot of BeamNG Drive lately. Just loading up a podcast then crashing into a wall for any hour. Honestly relaxing.

We clearly don't understand that NFT's are basically a ponzi scheme. But once we understand that, we can dislike NFT's very accurately. :P

I remember having Beam.NG drive at one point, but it lagged horribly and i somehow lost the game. needless to say, i usually stick to mobile games with really good crash physics now, like MadOut2.

It was ok. Only could have been made and sold during the middle of the plague of modern shooters at the time but doesn't really hold up anymore.

I have a feeling this is more to ease stockholders than anything else. Bungie isn't exactly a good fit for playstation.

Phone games are... OK. I have Slay the Spire, You Must Build A Boat, Super Auto Pets, solitaire, and crosswords on mine because I'm secretly 90. They're good to play while listening to a podcast or audiobook to decompress.

Phone games are complete and utter garbage. Where Steam will push the dogshit games into the depths of Valve's store, phone stores will not. Mainly because the general audience on phones want a inexpensive and small investment game to kill time. So games of actual quality don't sell too well, where generic garbage reigns supreme. The only games I liked was ports from PC, like the Bloons series and Faster than Light.

This is why I look forward to the steam deck. Because small indie games like slay the spire and Into the Breach will actually be able to sustain my attention since I prefer small but high quality games on the go.

90% of the reason i play FFDOO is because i'm a huge FF fan but it's actually a pretty good gacha game

the currency is actually really easy to get and draws rarely feel unfair because if you spend 5000 (which is like maybe a few hours? you can easily clear that out in a day or two) you're guaranteed at least a five star draw which are pretty good weapons and usually a free character

Probably not. Cryptobros try to turn the jargon up to 11 to make it seem like they're doing something complex, but really it's fairly straightforward.
Because if anybody who actually understands NFTs, you'd know that they don't even use the blockchain technology they swear they use. Its just a URL. Because the infrastructure just isn't there for blockchain.

Blockchains are just append-only ledgers. Ethereum and other blockchains used for NFTs are just ledgers with enough space to store some text with each entry. NFTs don't contain blockchains, they are entries on blockchains.

Then Yong Yea spent the rest of the video sperging the fuck out about live service.

This actually is tempting me to make a NFT of Yong Yea complaining about NFTs for the shits and giggles. Just get a pdf and post it on some NFT website and sell that shit.

Team 17 has decided they want to get in on the NFT game with more "low energy consuming" versions, some of their developers are not too pleased.

That doesn’t surprise me at all. I’m personally a “who gives a shit if they want to invest into a pyramid scheme then whatever” but I know the west is severely divided on them. The East (Asia) keeps trying to know more about them but keep getting more and more pushback by western fandoms and it’s really annoying. Let them understand and make mistakes darn it.

Ive honestly not paid much attention to the whole NFT fiasco myself (I still.. dont really kind of understand what they are), but i had a great laugh the other week with Troy Baker making NFTs and his hilariously pretentious tweets about where everyone just mocked him. He's like "Im a story teller trying to tell my story, you can either hate or you can create" and People saying shit like "This is why Abby fucking killed you" cracked me up lmao

Troy Baker was even promoting NFTs that were based on (stolen) AI generated voice lines. As in, computers doing the thing he does for a living.
