Video games giant Valve has abandoned an attempt to rescue its Artifact game, after months of trying to fix its flaws.

The much-hyped digital card game was released in 2018 but received poor reviews, so Valve announced it would rework the entire game.

Pretty random assortment, honestly just looking for people to play Valheim with, the friends I play with currently can only play it occasionally. Would be fun to play some Warzone again too, other than that I have Killing Floor 2, Hunt: Showdown, Gang Beasts, Phasmophobia, Spelunky 2, Streets of Rouge, Terraria, All the Worms games, and Don't Starve Together.

On a different note, been playing a lot of Blasphemous again. Played a bit on console but stopped shortly in, gave it another chance on PC and have been having a blast. Always love a good metroidvania and especially one as unique as Blasphemous.

Btw they should just rename SimCasino to SimHotel instead, as the lion's share of the profits comes from the hotel rooms rather than any gambling facilities you have. I'm sure the devs will fix it eventually by upping the profit margins from the slots and table games etc. You can manually adjust the house advantage on the slots and table games, but all that does is infuriate the gamblers, who you can only then placate by comping them things like free food and drinks etc, which takes you right back to square one by hitting your profit margins.

Just popped off on one of my best Titanfall 2 games today. Multiple EPG kills (some with the grav star admittedly), so many Titan executions, and an amazing shot from Ion's shoulder cannon on a guy that was wallrunning. Also had a massive point lead when we won. What's the expression, again? Ah. Right.

Valve, if you don't want to make games anymore, just say.

Better yet, move more towards the publishing/marketing side of things and found or partner with some subsidiaries that want to make games under the Valve name. Problem solved.
