It wasn't my first, but it remains one of the only ones I have today, of which I can count on one hand.

And then they released that NG+ stuff that added extra achievements :(
At least I kept the trophy.

I might have to steal back my copy from my mate. I've been meaning to go back to it, but it's at the end of an already long and ever increasing things to "get around to doing".

It's impossible to play even most of just the decent ones. The only way of filtering is to look at what each game is about and decide if it sounds interesting or not. That or speedruns. Very fast speedruns.

It's absolutely blowing my mind that it's been 6 years since I've played Beaver Genocide Simulator on the Xbox 360. So much time has passed and I've never looked back too much to play 360 games once I got the One. I had no idea that it's been so long. I literally dug into my old consoles, which I've kept around, in order to verify the age of my savefiles, my mind was that significantly blown, I couldn't believe it. 360 games used to be played ritualistically. If I wasn't playing a brand new game, I was playing a full campaign of Mass Effect or Assassin's Creed. Always. One after another.

And now I'm finally going back to 'em. With their more up to date and/or remastered versions. Started with part two of Assassin's Creed's Kenway saga with Part 2, Black Flag. And now I'm playing part 1, Beaver Genocide Simulator.

Pretty much.

But general summaries of the other games should be enough to make the setting understandable, even if detailed knowledge is needed for full understanding of the fanwank.

No. You can enjoy it without any other knowledge of the previous games.

All you need to know is that you are in an alternate earth called strangereal where planes are powered by anime magic jet fuel that allows them to do impossible things IRL.

Also, id just play on the simple control setting when starting out. Hardcore fans say that advanced is best but to me it feels like flying while drunk.

It's the easy settings just makes you roll back right side up, I wouldn't recommend that.

It was just a joke.

They're the backbone of the economy, yep. I think there are a few pelts that can fetch a better price, like bears, but they don't show up as often as beavers do. And beavers practically come by the dozen whenever you find them.

Funnily enough I just finished getting 100% sync on another Black Flag play through. Easily one of the best in the AC franchise
I do be tired
