No, it's Take-Two's doing. 2K and Rockstar are divisions of Take-Two. The interview he's talking about involves Take-Two's CEO, which you don't even need to read his source to figure out because it's right there in the URL.

Rich port said it was the ceo of rockstar, not Take 2.
Thats why I thought it was Rockstar not take two.
The link cuts out before the take two on the post.

The devs discovered the great tactic of releasing a shitty unpolished game without some the features they literally promised in pre-release, and then slooowly oozing out updates to actually make the game good and fulfill their promises over, what, a period of three years? Boy, do I love the modern gaming industry. It’s fucking great.

Worst part is, it keeps working. We need a video game crash like in 83 to shake things up.

It's an unfortunately common tactic that people keep buying into for some reason.
It's one thing to release a game and then give it updates, but to release that garbo fire and then eventually make it a full game 3 years later?
I ain't buying into that, nobody should. Waste of time when there's so many better games coming out.
... In the case of the one game I'm waiting for, Mount and Blade Bannerlord, EVENTUALLY.

I looked at the footage of the Stalker killing me, and I saw what went wrong. You know that disco laser grenade he sometimes throws? I basically was in a tight space where all of the lasers could rapidly hit me.
Conclusion:
Stalker is relatively easy as long as you pay attention to him, but good gravy on toast don't let him fire off a grenade, and if he does, watch where it goes.Operator's commentary didn't help at all, why did I leave him on? Oh yeah, to play MST3K with the stupid commentary. But still.

He gets you when you lose track of him and he adds his DPS to whatever else is attacking you. I've always found the best tactic for him was dipping out of whatever fight I was in, getting the Stalker 1-on-1 and beasting him there with buff abilities.
