I didn’t even realize E3 was going on. Maybe it’s because I haven’t been on /v/ in a while.

Well, today was just the EA conference. Tomorrow is when things will really kick off with Microsoft and Bethesda, and carry on until Monday.

To be honest the only star wars games that I still always have a desire to play or boot up when I'm in a star wars mood are old, like Empire at War, Battlefront II, KotOR, with the exception being SWtoR.

I will give credit though to EAs Battlefront 2 in that I found the campaign to actually be pretty cool, if only it wasnt a pitiful 4 hours long.

Still haven't touched the campaign. Really only interested in online, which Capital Supremacy has made really fun.

This month's update finally brings the Droideka, alongside the TX-130 Tank for the Republic, Naboo for CS, and the next new map is Felucia, so that's all cool news IMO.

I couldnt have been less interested in the multiplayer. The guns all feel the same, it gets really old really fast, and just overall I was bored after about 3 matches and never touched it again.

Plus they still failed to put in galactic conquest. What the fuck EA.

I've just found out Baldur's Gate 3 is in the works. Really hope they don't screw this up.

Oh also, another Xcom like game to check out if you're into Warhammer fantasy (and also Dark Souls-esque difficulty at times) is Mordheim: City of the Damned.

Eh, apparently enough people enjoy watching "serious" speedrunning that they're pretty successful despite it being, IMO, dreadfully boring.

People enjoy seeing skill on display. It hardly matters what that skill is in compared to the fact it is skill.

Also, skill alone isn't the determinant for what makes for a good stream, IMO.

If anything in fact if a guy is just "super duper skilled" or whatever and is just speed running and nothing else its one of the most wretchedly boring things to watch.

Okay after playing as Chrace for this campaign it seems like the Dark Elves in general are just bordering on OP so far, not just Tullaris. Granted I am winning battles more often than not, but barely. I just feel like I shouldn't be feeling like im playing the Skaven as High Elves where I have to engage with a 2:1 ratio at minimum to have a chance at victory.

Fallout 76 and Battle Royale is so much meme material, it's almost unmemeable.

Though ngl the line about Fallout 76 having an amazing community is kinda true, because I got friends who still play it, and random players just hand out free shit all the time and help new characters around without a second thought, with basically no griefing. Kinda wholesome, actually.

Why is New Vegas so damn fun?

Halo on Steam and fairly priced. One of the very few times I've been legit hyped for a game. I hope it's multi is as good and vibrant as back in 2007. Not sure what to think of Halo Infinite. Was that destroyed installation Delta Halo?
