Much of the art is grayscale and done in pencil, though some is done in a style that is much like the “realistic yet vivid and bold style of the MARVEL comics” (a quote from a post I made in its thread). Although the theme usually doesn’t vary, the style can fluctuate and is quite interesting, and the quality is quite good.
“The fact that most of [the art] caters to a slightly obscure fetish might confuse some people (actually, I believe there's a lot of great and/or famous art out there that caters to the artists' fetishes), however it doesn't take away from the quality of the art itself.”

Crematorial Souls' gallery is a (currently) small compilation of slightly cartoony yet well done pictures, both hand drawn and computer generated (and some being a mix of the two). The theme revolves around beasts of many different sorts, and viewing the gallery can be a nice, colorful break from the terribly dull blue-gray and ivory theme we find ourselves staring mindlessly into when we tend to our NationStates-related affairs.

Cameroi's art is of all species. Much of it consists of computer-generated 3D models, the general design and coloring of which is often quite different from picture to picture. The theme of the models is very unique, and depicts a society of somewhat humanoid furry creatures living on a densely forested planet. There are also numerous pieces done by hand, which can vary from abstract shapes and colors to very refined and meticulous pencil work. There's even a bit of photography mixed in there. This gallery is truly well-rounded display of artistic ability.

This gallery features a few interesting drawings done in pencil with a pretty fishy theme (HA HA HA, IT'S A PUN!). By opening some spoiler tags, one can discover several strange, evil-looking sea creatures hidden in the depths of Islamic Hazarastan's posts. For one who is "kinda new to art," the drawings are very good. They're even more impressive in color (see the "sample" spoiler - the color was added by Hassett to Islamic Hazarastan's original sketch).

I've a huge movie enthusiast and I love the art of filmmaking. In my spare time and for relaxation, I like to watch films of many genres. Over the years, I've wanted to make a movie of my own with some friends. School got in the way and till now such a project has yet to be completed. I had the opportunity to make trailers of novels for my cousin's literature class back when he was in high school. I've been hooked on making trailers as a hobby ever since. I mainly edit scenes shot by my friends. I also edit scenes from entire movies to make my own trailers for famous films. Of course, I do not consider myself anywhere near professional, but I'd love to improve over the years with the little time that my job schedule allows me to work with. Ever wonder what would happen if Jim Davis had been obsessed with old Volkwagens instead of cats (and been considerably less prolific)? My drawings are strongly influenced by Garfield, but you won't find any cats in them--just a sad devotion to a quirky little car that takes a lot of crap for its awesomeness. Since some have asked: I sketch my ideas out on paper, then scan the better ones (or "less bad ones" if you prefer) and import the scans into a laughably old, but happily legal, copy of Adobe Illustrator. There, I trace my doodles to create the colored shapes I save to jpg, gif, or png format, depending on my mood and the relative positions of random stellar phenomena, the obnoxious neighborhood mutt that keeps leaving land mines in my yard (mangy cur...), and last month's Hot VWs magazine.
