To be fair he hasn't fully accepted. There are several people who I consider for OP ship. You and Bralia are not among them because even though both of you are popular and excellent OPs I'd rather someone who hasn't been OP be next. Look how fun it was with Geni.

i do. Plots are impossible if you are even slightly large.

I guess you go full blown eugenics to constantly get rulers with a focus on intrigue as well as good stats elsewhere.

Naw, just make sure I have loyal people who can give my those bonuses from having a good Wife and a competent council and plenty of gold. My characters tend to be good administrators and commanders with a decent stat in diplomacy.

Austria is actually the dumbest country I've ever played in Victoria 2. Literally. Their literacy is awful at the start of the game. Austrians look at liberalism and conclude that nah, it's just not for them. 50 years ticked by and only one reform was passed. One. I am legitimately mad. There are interesting decisions locked behind having an Upper House only 30% full of liberals and the Austrians can't manage to get that done. It literally took me doing the most offensive decisions possible in order to just get the country to spawn a liberal revolution.
