Every game I've played France has lots of problems staying in Great Power.

I knocked her out of Great Power status and stole her colonies and I suck at the game, started playing Victoria 2 like 3 months ago.

I decided to play the Kingdom of Joseon for a bit cuz Korean Africa.

Then I realized this was a mistake because all it is is sitting around because I'm a satellite of the Chungus Empire.

They really need to figure out how to make smaller nations viable.

What Paradox should do is go back to the bums at TalesWorlds, get into publishing and help them finish that hunk of junk finally, not repackage all of their games into a new one.

I bet seven more years of Bannerlord development that Imperator: Rome is a stepping stone for the fucking mobile market. Every goddamn gaming company is doing it, why not Paradox.

How do you guys even manage that many? I call it quits once I hit 10-ish, I don't spare a thought for worlds that aren't good enough to adequately churn out resources.

TBH I set up my planets for specific purposes in the early/mid-game and then institute population controls when they reach slight overcrowding. Once they're at that point, you pretty much never have to look at them again.

That's literally exactly what I do, too. I am instantly on the lookout for the best Generator and Agri worlds, because those are always the first priorities. All the while, I'm scoping out ideal Urban/Forge/Industrial and Tech Worlds, which is made more interesting because I use the Guilli's Planet Modifiers mod.

I do the same, right down to the order (except Agri first, then Generator). I use Planetary Diversity, though.

I was thinking about how to classify China and Africa when it comes to waifu-ness.

They're Mikuru Asahina.

They have massive... Tracts of land. And everybody wants to touch them against her consent.

And also they get older and hotter later but that's less continent more Mikuru.

You had Arabs making problems in Arabia (culminating with the Arab revolt of WW1), Balkan peoples starting revolutions in the Balkans (culminating with the Turks being thrown out by the end of the game), the Armenians were making trouble (and got what they got in WW1 as a result) and pretty much everyone else that wasn't a Turk generally poking at the walls to see if they can't break out.

IMO they get a lot of mixed messages from the fanbase.

That might seem like simple enough things to do, have a realistic game then add alt-history shit to it but you have to take into account their corporate bureaucracy.

Now I'm curious as to which of their games is the best-selling.
