Finally defeated the Constituationalists as Fascist USA.
And now I have to point out that the Fascist branch is very slow compared to the Communist branch when it comes to actually changing the country's ideology.
Fascism seems to take for fucking ever to actually flip.

Also im surprised there are no achievement for a communist USA to get considering its a focus option, the UK gets a communist based achievement.

There's also a civil war for communists but it's much easier. Basically the south secedes as well as the northern Rust Belt but the north will offer neutrality until the war ends.
Fascism on the other hand loses all of its divisions and then has to scrap together a desperate defense not only in New England but on the very wide front in the Rockies.

I spent over a year pushing through the Rockies.

Now I don't have an issue with the way the communist revolt and transition is set up, bet the fascist route really needs a buff.
I lost over 2 million Americans in the protracted civil war and the fascist route can't imitate the extra manpower that the leftist route can through ending segregation.

On a different note, does anyone else think it's weird that Mexico and the Netherlands have focus trees (and the Dutch have their own special "Cave to Britain/Germany" mechanics) despite the fact that neither one did anything of significance on their own, but Scandinavian nations don't have focus trees despite the fact that Finland humbled the Soviet Union during the Winter War and "cave to one side or the other vs. maintain trade neutrality" makes a lot more sense for Denmark (who caved to Germany), Norway (who caved to Britain), and Sweden (who stayed neutral) than it does for the Netherlands?
Being a Swedish company, you'd think this would be something they'd pick up on.
