So for some reason my very simple Vic2 mod, which required me to add some stuff in the localization files, makes a few provinces say something like "ProvinceinEnglish?ProvinceinFrench."
I have no idea why it makes the game do this.
I'm very confused.

When I heard best mod for ck2 i was expecting ruler designer unlocked, sketchy's reduced frustration cheat mod, or NMIH
