Not strictly. Religions are literally the same thing as ideologies. There is no practical distinction in the biological and social mechanisms underpinning both. So you can be a heretic against an ideology as well. You just get labeled something nicer like "enemy of the people" or "subhuman". But it's all the same really.

Aragon has never been a problem for me when playing near it.
Morocco can definitely mess up plans though.
