PDOX Games VIII: Communism Will Win

I know I've mentioned it here, but I'm actually gonna do it. An AAR where Stalin travels to the past to avoid a German Victory in WW2! My goals will primarily be:

-Destroy Orthodox Christianity in the Rus, and replace it with an egalitarian, cosmopolitan Slavic faith.
-Kill all Rurikids (Germanic Invaders, Forebears of the Romanovs heck off)
-Destroy the Holy Roman Empire (Avenge 1942!)
And last but not least, become Tsar of all Rus.

Early in the history, the Roman Emperor was touched by the Pope and his claims to supremacy, and converted at once! This conversion spread throughout the Roman Empire, touching many souls and nigh ending the Eastern Heresy as anything of importance. The Crusades have been wildly successful, as you have seen, and the Pope enjoys a height of power unparalleled in the world. Alack, all it not well, for the Holy Father lacks a proper seat for his power, the Apostolic Palace still lies in ruin ever since the raid of Haesteinn so many centuries ago. A horrendous crime that his descendants still hope to atone for.

Got the Jihad Sultan achievement in my muslim run. Might try and get the decadence revolt achievement next, then maybe spend the next few centuries fighting my way over to India to get the rajastan achievement, though that could take a realllllly long time.
