you have to upgrade them. a fully upgraded hospital will not only lower the time an epidemic is present in a province and reduces the chance it will curve back.

I've also begun work on name lists.

On my old computer I had been working on a Roman name list but lost that data when the computer died and such list is no longer needed

Thank you Paradox for the Humans (SPQR) name list

My present projects are;

Humans (USSR) and Humans (GGR) - that's Greater Germanic Reich because some times you just want to fight Space Nazis or just be very very German.

The USSR name list is including names of Byelorussian, Russian, Tuvan, and Ukrainian origin with a focus on notable figures from the USSR. Including alternate names for example Joseph Stalin / Ioseb dze Jughashvili which I must say sounds more like something from the Humanoids name lists ahhahahah

Edit: I'm gonna have to keep myself in check so I don't take on too much.

So my empire is doing pretty great. Current plans for the rest of this run include fixing up some of the border gore my vassals have caused, continuing to push east and taking all of northern India and finally invading China.

Well, I'm on my way there. I've annexed my vassal Pomerania, split Magdeburg between me and Saxony (also my vassal) and vassalized Brunswick. (as you have probably noticed I've discovered the joy of vassals) Since I annexed Polmerania my economy is doing extremely well and I've effectively become the powerhouse of the Northern HRE. The current Emperor is Hesse who owns 3 provinces, so I don't have to fear the "Wraith" of them and I'm also in the perfect position to form Prussia.
