UPDATE REGARDING THE VOTING

Several days ago I said that I was to host the vote as planned despite Eurovision won't happen this year. I told that in this thread 19th March. No, it won't be canceled due to the coronavirus since we already have suffered enough from the pandemic and I do intent do hold it. But I have to admit that I have procrastinated it a bit...

Normally I use the running order when it's announced and then Open Up the floodgates for the votes in the at this point the annual polls in NationStates for Eurovision. However, because it got canceled 18th March we haven't had it yet and at this point, if we didn't have a pandemic we wound for sure had it at this point.

Looking at the document i made to calculate the votes i am done with the running order for the first semi and I am now only 4 songs left from finishing the second semi. But the last time i updated it it was on 3rd April. We are (at the time of writing this) on 30th April. A promise shall be a promise and I will finish it and will try to post both of my running orders before 1st May (tomorrow as of local time here in Norway).

I am incredibly sorry for the huge delay and i want to punch myself because of a promise i made almost a mouth ago and we are almost at (what was to be) Eurovision-week.

• To vote, you simply just rank your top 10 from the semi using the classical Eurovision points system (12,10,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1)
• You can vote for your own nation (if it competes in a semi), but try not to do so as its a bit biased.
• The country formerly known as "F.Y.R Macedonia"/Macedonia is in the votes presented as "North Macedonia". I'll accept votes just named as "Macedonia" and "F.Y.R Macedonia", but I recommend that the name should be presented with their new name.
• You can change your votes as much as you like until its 24 hours before the semis. The results will come before the contest on the day of the semi.
• In the event of a tie, the tiebreaking will go in the following order -> [Number of voting nation], Number of 12 points, numbers of 10 points, number of 8 points, 7,6,5,4,3,2,1, [running order number].
• You can vote on both semis, regardless if your nation competes in Eurovision or not.
• Vote on the thread but remember to mark it as such.
• I will only include your latest votes.
