All conflict on the continent comes to a screeching haunt as The Continental United Front forms to repel the invading Sun Empire. For the first time, the entire continent is united in the one goal of repelling the unknown invader. (I’m imagining the Sun Empire is Japan?)

407 MY: The battle of Violetia Bay happened this year. At the western bay of the continent, the Grand Sun Empire and the CUF fought with thousands of ships. Since gunpowder was not invented yet, the ships rammed each other, as well as attacking the crews with bows and arrows. Soldiers also dived down to attack the ship from below, trying to cut a hole to sink the ship. The CUF also used three innovative weapons, the giant lense to burn enemy ships, the grabbing claw to grab and drop the enemy ships, destroying them, and the Goven fire (which is like the Greek fire, and invited during the Empire of Jenni's peak)

407 MY~ The Sun Empire seems to be losing the fight, when a great horn is heard sounding off in the distance. All heads turn towards the sound, and a great army is seen riding towards the CUF, ready to smash through their defenses, and leave their ships stranded out on the water with no means of escape.

408 MY - The Sun Empire finally invades the what can be considered the Maxbarri continent in earnest. The first, bigger prong invades via Takaria, laying siege to the country's capital. Emperor Alexander-Francis assembles a relief force to save the besieged cities.

The second prong invades via the frozen far north. This second invasion forces the various hunter-gatherers, nomad herders and semi-static farmers that already lived here to finally band together. They unite under the banner of "The Confederation Of Ice". It's a remarkably progressive state, with the tribes electing a delegate for a big meeting every 5 years. The only city up in those frozen lands is the small city-state called Uliythwe, so that becomes the new capital.

Meanwhile, the street preacher in the Krähereich finally forms a codified religion; The Sunnists. Most radically, they believe that the Empire of the Sun is an Earthly manifestation of their God. Needless to say, the leaders of the Maxbarri continent in general are skeptical.

They started to push the invaders back. In addition, the Nekojimonians also supported the breaking of the siege of Takaria. Still, people died from the battle and starvation from lack of food, not helped by the fact that the Empire of the Great Sun burned and pillaged the farms. The desperate people started to eat anything edible, even rats and hay

The Confederation of Ice started to launch a counterattack. Another part of the unknown savior that saved Takaria also saved the Confederation of Ice, pushing back the invaders. However, the invaders still remained strong.

Meanwhile, in the Western continent, all settlements belonging to the Maxbarrian nations were overrun by the Great Sun Empire. They started to repurpose the settlements to serve as a closer location to invade Maxbarri

The unknown savior was revealed to be the army of Daguo (remember, Daguo is basically NS China). The Emperor of the Chen dynasty of Daguo, worried about the Great Sun Empire and joining the CUF, sent armies to help them

Maxtopia will also start a trade with the Empire. In return, the Empire demands for the Maxtopian to establish a safe space for Sunnists, by building a new city. Both sides accepted, and a new era of peace and golden age happened.

Krähereich forces tried to retake the fortress city of Hapsdorf. However, the Sunnist defenders fiercely hold their ground in the city. In response, the army sieged Hapsdorf, but the Sunnists from other parts of the country attacked.

Uliythwe, meanwhile, started to consolidate it's holding and attempted to become a major country. They started to send people to work the vast lands of the nation, using it's resources. People from the other nations, meanwhile, started to flock into Uliythwe, being driven by it's vast lands and rich resources.

Meanwhile, with the war ended, Nekojimonia went into isolation again. The new Liliputhia, meanwhile, started to develop into a notable country, for it's small people and unique plants and animals. As for the Reich of Eeumeria, now named Shoggoth, since the renaming of it, a cult had formed around the Kaiser. This cult practiced human sacrifice and experimentation.

In Maxtopia, Emperor Alexander-Francis officially founds the city of Alexfrancia in the nation's far South-Western coast. Alexfrancia is the official safe haven of the Sunnists, even though in this particular country they only make a up a minuscule minority.

Krähereich sees a major blow as the governor of their furthest eastern province converts to Sunnism and joins the rebels's war effort. The one province's army is no match to the rest of the Krähereich's forces, but it's still a lot of dead people and an unwelcome additional difficulty for the king.

Meanwhile in Takaria the first experiments with crossbows come about. They are so far primitive and can't really kill anybody but it's a work in progress.

427-435 MY: Empress Amm II decided to continue her father's policy. However, she is also more aggressive and assertive than him. Capitalizing on the civil war on the Empire of the Great Sun, she decided to send an invasion fleet to capture what is left off the Empire's territory, except for the new nations. Soon, on 431 MY, the Empire has collapsed, like Jenni. However, as a lover of culture, she also preserved any cultural heritages on the Empire (which is like Japan)

Krähereich managed to score two major victories against the Sunnists and Communitists. For the former, Hapsdorf is finally captured on 428 MY. This is then followed by the capture of the city of Myrten, which was occupied by the Communitists, on 429 MY. Both losing factions are now escaping to Maxtopia

As for the religious elites, the Empress decided to conduct a purge of the hardliners, with their properties seized. By the end of the purge on 435 MY, only the moderates remain

Meanwhile, Violetia discovered a new country on the Ao continent (the name of the continent that the Empire of Great Sun occupied), named Hwanguk. Daguo also revealed on one of it's map that Hwanguk is located east of Daguo's coast (Violetia passed through the western passage)

436-440 MY:
Krähereich recaptures two cities, completely ending the Communitist movement, and in the interest of peace, announces a parlay with the leader of the Sunnists, a Franc van Hughe. A peace treaty is signed, with the provisions that the Reich will recognize the Sunnists‘ independence as Volland and in return hostilities will end between them. Since Volland only occupied a few cities and a dozen smaller towns and hamlets, this would be advantageous to both sides, and as such it was accepted.

Meanwhile, the colonies in the western continent revolted, taking advantage of the civil war in the Krähereich. They temporarily banded together, but quickly disintegrated into dozens of baronies, each fighting each other more than the Reich.

After the treaty was signed, the Krähereich became the latest to take advantage of the civil war in the Sun empire and sent a conquering force.

441-450 MY: Empress Amm II, now 31 years old, decided to support scientific discoveries, as well as culture back again. She also started a construction of a world wonder on the capital, named the Heaven Tower. It is a very large and high tower, which take years to complete, that even on 450 MY, it's not finished yet, due to the war on the Empire of Great Sun.

Meanwhile, the baronies, which are fighting each other, are gradually captured by Maxtopia, Krähereich, Takaria, Farchasaenid, and Uliythwete, who recently developed a small navy and army, though it's enough to take over a small barony. All nations talked and negotiated, and Krähereich received the largest share of the colonies.

By this time, the once great Empire of the Great Sun is reduced to it's capital, with surrounding lands. It is ruled by the Royal family.

450 MY- The Royal's discovers secret network of underground caves, filled with highly sophisticated remnants from an ancient civilization. They block themselves in, and start work on rebuilding in the hope that they will be able to preserve their hundreds of years of culture.

455 MY- Now that the war is officially "over" the speed of the construction of the Heaven Tower triples.

460 MY- Construction on the Heaven Tower is finished. At the ribbon-cutting ceremony, however, a grave tragedy occurs. The tower is toppled, landing in the middle of the city, killing almost member of the ruling family. The ensuing chaos results in the once great nation being split into many different city-states, each vying for power. Further investigation of the Heaven Tower collapse reveals that the ground underneath it was tunneled out, and even more investigation reveals that it was an inside job.
