Four hundred people form a small nomadic tribe in the northern wastes, they are Moon worshipers, but do not believe in alliances. After assembling a village they have prayers, and use canoes to get around, the are called the Apio people

1207 MY (Cont.)
The Apio Peoples have a very tough life, forming a village in one of the most severe continents in the known world. However, the people endure the hardships. The people are located north of Zeph, one of the more habitable areas of the Northern Wastes (that isn't currently controlled by another nation). The people master the art of fishing, and hunting.

1208 MY:
While the Apio people founded their new nation, away from the Moon Empire, their homeland, trouble was brewing again as the Violet Compacy had finished fabricating their claims against the Second Maxtopian Republic. While the nation had recovered from their rather swift schism, trouble was on the horizon as the Compacy declared war against the S.M.R., bringing in their allies, and unfortunately the Crusader States as well.
While Fachasanid remains neutral in the conflict due to them lacking claims of their own, how long they'll remain neutral is up to debate. The HEM is currently NOT involved in the war, currently making it a naval war.
But before the year could finish, Lothair joined the war in defense of the SMR and pushed into the unsuspecting Violet Compacy whose army was preparing for a naval invasion and had left the Lothair border lightly defended.

A Apio fisherman finds a trading boat from Skyrim, full to the brim with refugees fleeing the war, he takes the m back to his village, where the tribal elders decided to send them back to Skyrim, and swiftly execute those who don't, but soon, the tribe starts merging with other, smaller wanderers, and soon reaches a population of around 6000 people

The Apio people decided to migrate to land near Zeph, as the growing population cannot handle the cold, and they start to invent bronze and iron tool, and their boats and canoes are some of the best in the world

1210 MY (cont):
Eastern Fallachea begins reorganization into "The Grand Kingdom of Fratosia" and begins mass mobilization of the peasantry in the event of invasion of the new Kingdom.
The HEM is now fractured.

1211 MY: A pretender named Louis III claims to be the long-lost child of Louis II and the unknowing citizens support him. Francis-Felix I sees this and he and Louis III meet at the small mountain pass of Roncevaux.

Looks like nothing is going on so I'll continue.

1211 MY (continued): Louis III's army rushes in to attack Francis Felix I's army, but their forces get stuck in the narrow pass. Francis-Felix I then orders his knights to attack and they slaughter many people. Louis III orders his archers to counter-attack and they defeat a few knights, but overall they are overwhelmed and Louis III orders a retreat.

The Zeph are in the far north. The hottest region in the world is the Haars Desert. Since you stated the Apio people immigrated to areas near Zeph, that means you are still in the cold and can experience blizzards. Northern Europe and the Northern United States can both experience blizzards, even if both aren't in the arctic circle (which Zeph is very much in)

Where in the Northern Regions? There's no land available in Northern Maxberri without the new kingdom literally spawning in the middle of multiple kingdoms. Is it possible you could try to form it near Zeph (although that area is largely mountainous). By Takaria and Cobrastan is also possible, but that's a very small continent, and you could wedge this new Empire between the Sun Empire, Pendragon, or Del-Geria (this would be the most ideal since fertile land and large continent but a lot of rival nations). If this is supposed to be Genghis Khan, we've already got someone who will fit that bill, who by the way just turned 18

Gazhi has come of age to rule over the Techen Tribe.
While young, he is ambitious nonetheless. He prepares his tribe of just a measly 1000 people to invade or ally with neighboring tribes in the Jezer Plains

1224 MY:
In only a year, Techen secured alliances between neighboring tribes. Gazhi has successfully united his common people. The Oogonal Nation (now called Oogonia) is formed. The once small and pitiful tribe has grown over 10 times with the successful campaign, and now borders the Jezer Desert (a subsection of the Haars Desert).

Meanwhile, on Maxberri, the crusade by the Compacy has resulted in the increasing destabilization of the Crusader Kingdoms, as troops and naval assets used to keep the kingdom from collapse had to be pulled to fight Maxtopia. Parts of the Crusader Kingdom even rebel along the border with (Eastern) Liliputhia.

While there are RWBY inspired human with animal traits here, this is because in the previous thread that inspired this, there was the kitsune, so I think they are tolerated, as long as there is no mid to high fantasy elements in this world (meaning ghosts and other paranormal things still exist, as well as low magic like mild telekinesis, curse, or telepathy, but nothing higher than them, which means destruction capable magic, like fire magic, as well as things like creature conjuration, inanimate object transformation, necromancy, etc)

So your God Emperor of Humanity will realistically be a human who thinks himself as a God and bringer of peace
