Few issues with this.

For instance, which HK you like is going to come down to personal taste, with me preferring snarky HK my miles and miles. Same with Canderous and Mandalore. Unless we're not counting the Restored Content Mod, in which I'd agree with you on that one.

Also, I don't think trying to find direct parallels is the best way to go about this, outside of returning characters, because often times these analogues don't line up well. Jolee and Visas, for instance, and, to a lesser extent, Carth and Atton. Better is to either compare all characters to each other, or simply look at the totality of one game's companions, determine your feelings for the group, and compare it to your feelings of the party from the other game.

Thanks! If it's cheap for the 360, that's what I'd get it on. I think it was originally a PC game, but I'm not sure.

It’s on PC. Available on Steam, actually. However, the movies that play for a new planet don’t work, so you have to turn them off in the options menu.

The movies have been working for me. There were some crashes before the ones at the end of Taris, but they worked just fine when I forced the game window back open.

That one Vader comic where he killed that stalker chick was pretty funny.

Actually, the PC version is the port. It was designed as a console game.

How fucking nasty was the crack Lucasarts smoked to make an rpg like that for consoles first? Considering how poor the console version is.

Probably about the same level of nasty as the crack Lucas himself smoked to come up with Jar Jar.

All of a sudden its coming back to me. My favorite companion for sure is Canderous. I've always loved his stories. All of them. But especially when the dude engaged a Yuuzhan Vong scout ship millennia before their time. That is the coolest shit. The voice actor is part of what makes him great, too, he sells the stories really well.

Canderous was pretty cool. I really liked Bastila tho too.

They are probably my two favourites.

What was the cat lady's name again? I remember actually killing her my first time playing the game and was always wondering "Where is that last companion i have to find?" lol

Juhani Otso Berg. I think. I've never paid much attention to her.

You were just as well off frankly. I don't know what it was, but I did not like her and her mopey stories. I never used her much. If I need a Jedi, I'll take Bastila or Jolee.
