So I'll just say that the Rule of Two founder has a twin and be done with it.

Yes you can.

GOT spoilers.

Daenerys is much like Darth Revan. Benevolent person with great skills and good intentions who suffered enough losses and traumatic events to succumb to the dark side. Becoming even more powerful but also losing their original purpose in life. Revan was stopped by his former friends. Will the same happen with Dany?

Darth Vader is quite like Gregor Clegane. Almost died and only live through unnatural means. Bodyguards of the emperor/queen with unmatched combat skills. Sadist and reclusive. Spent much of his life killing in the name of their lieges.

Rey is like Gendry Baratheon. Parentage unknown. Skillful with amazing potential but low-class for a great deal of their lives. Eventually become something greater.

Kylo Ren is like Stannis Baratheon. They are both dutiful and believe they must capture their rightful position of power. They have amazing skills but you can feel they put them to bad use. Always moving forward, no matter what. Not afraid of taking a risky and radical decision to keep going, even if it means to change their name and turn to literal Satanism. Kinslaying for the sake of progressing towards their goal. Have good intentions deep down but they end up doing horrible things instead.

This post has left me scarred and deformed.

Right I forgot about Palpatine.

Palp is like the Targaryen dynasty. Has the spite of Aerys, the strategic intelligence of Aegon, the cruelty of Maegor and possesses the ancient knowledge of the Sith, just like Targs possess the knowledge and magic of the ancient Valyrians. He believes he must reign supreme because he is a Sith. Is ok with imposing a draconian rule (get it?) and is ok with destroying entire cities planets to remove threats. Wants to unify the realm galaxy and does so successfully for the most part (ahem, Dorne). Has a powerful superweapon that spits fire and surpasses all other means of destruction by a long shot. Gets killed by his own bodyguard.

Ocelot, you're aware that this can be done with pretty much any series and any characters, right?

Gregor: "Tywin Lannister never told you about your father..."
Sandor: "He told me enough. He told me YOU killed him!"
Gregor: "No, I am your father!"
Sandor: "...wat"

Anybody remember Durge? The old CW bounty hunter with insane regenerative abilities? I was wondering, what would happen if he fought Wolverine?

My guess is that even Spongebob wouldn't want to clean up the results of that one.

My feeling of dread is only increasing as December approaches. I can't believe I'm saying this but Disney getting Star Wars is just about worse than Lucas and Co doing next to nothing with the franchise.

Would be a great fight. They're both ultra durable with a great healing factor. Durge has got the size, strength and versatility advantage and Wolverine's got those adamantium claws that can slice and dice through pretty much anything.

Don't worry. The creators of Game of Thrones Season 7 and 8 are ( not ) here to save the day!

I fucking did this. I did $EXACTLY this. (Fuck it, that accidental typo is hilarious, I'm keeping it in). I am next levels of furious that apparently the one change that makes everything work is making sure to customize the title of the larger spoiler bracket, the "Is this what you were trying to do". That doesn't make any god-damn sense at all.

Now . . .

Maybe we could ask Death Battle but Durge isn't that well known. I bet the whole world''s surface would be ravaged and flattened before one falls. Both can come back from cells so it would take a while too.

They don't like to do lesser known characters like that. Less views and more work for them.

I mean, Wolverine died from a combination of old age, blood poisoning and misc injuries. Durge had to be tossed into the sun to be put down for good...

Pretty sure we're talking about comic Wolverine. Durge would stomp movie Wolverine.

If it was comic Wolverine the fight would take potentially years, but Durge would get tired and just eat him or something.

That would still be a cool fight. In one corner, you have a grizzled old Canadian bodybuilder and in the other you have the galaxy's angriest bowl of sentient Pad Thai noodles.

Detach yourself from these self-serious emotions, nothing matters and there will come a time when nobody remembers Star Wars. Why concern yourself as to get worked up months before the release?
