Her ship is also in rogue one, hey cant watch that movie anymore right

She's also referenced by name I think. In a panning shot while on Yavin, the intercom calls for a "General Syndulla".

Correct.

You can literally skip over a large amount of her appearances(aka a couple cut-scenes which can be skipped and an optional dialogue thing) and can kinda tune out the rest. This is just fucking petty.

The darksaber cameo was the least of that show's numerous problems. And any chance of me giving season 2 a chance vanished when I heard Ashoka was gonna be in it.

Good. With a mentality that ridiculous, the less your contact with Star Wars as a franchise, the better.

I mean why are you even still here when you apparently hate everything to do with the franchise after circa 2003?

Do remember I only sat through 1 season of Clone Wars. And that was in like 2009. So it's not like I'd even recognize a cameo that wasn't Ashoka. Now if she'd have turned up in person in that movie, I'd have walked out of the theater.

Showed up in person I said. I could tolerate a gratuitous voice cameo. Though I did roll my eyes and sigh quite loudly when I heard her.

Well it's not so much that they're shit, just that they were poorly executed. Every Prequel movie had a good plot, setting, and cast - in theory. The problems arose from a poor script, poor cohesion, and pointless retcons.

The Sequels had these problems as well but their plots were also unoriginal, their settings were underdeveloped, and their cast consisted of hollow characters with no development or personality. They were a flashy light show with less substance to their writing than an 80s action movie. The Prequels had interesting stories, interesting plots, and interesting characters that were simply misused or misdirected. The Sequels set a great stage to work with and then never used it.

But yes, AOTC was easily the worst Star Wars film until the Sequels happened.

Nah i would still place AOTC as the single worst star wars movie imo. Then its probably a toss up at this point between Menace and Rise.

I vehemently disagree. Clones and Menace weren't good, but they had good moments and they had potential.

Last Jedi was complete donkeyballs. I only remember it because practically every scene put me in spiritual pain. There was nothing good about that movie; absolutely nothing. I can't think of a single thing I liked about it. I hate the whole Sequel trilogy but I can at least say that Awakens had good moments and had potential that was spoiled primarily by it's unoriginality.

Last Jedi had no fine points whatsoever. Every bit of it was dumb and useless. I mean General Suicide's death scene was visually stunning, but it was the dumbest moment in Star Wars (more than any scene with Jar Jar in it; no I'm not kidding) so I can't really praise it even for that. I can't speak for Rise of Skywalker as I haven't seen it, but I've also never heard or read about a single good thing to it. It sounds like it's just as bad.

Clones at least had that amazing battle scene on Geonosis (one of the few Star Wars movie battles that got the scale of such a conflict right), and the fight between Obi-Wan and Jango was neat as well. Menace had the epic fight scene of Maul vs Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon. Last Jedi had nothing. It was just a bunch of pretty lights. From what I've heard and read about TROS, it sounds like it was more or less the same deal. Glad I didn't see it.
