There was a lot of Huttese spoken leading to the famous Moosha Shaaka Pakka. Makes sense considering it is the second if not the most common language in the franchise.
There's a few other languages typically restricted to their respective species but there might be more than I remember.

Let's see, there's Basic, Huttese, Binary (Droidspeak), Rakatan, Duros, Shyriiwook, Selkath, Jawa trade language and the Tusken Raider language. The Rodians, Aqualish, and Nikto might have had their own languages, or they might have used Hutese. And I believe the Rakatan droid used one or two unique languages after switching from Rakatan but before switching to Selkath. That's all I can remember, at any rate.

The Rakatan droid started with Ancient Rakatan, switched to Tusken (neither of which Revan understands) then switched to Ancient Selkath. Later on you'll recall you have to buy HK-47 to be able to translate for talking with the Tuskens.

7 shards of han solo are mine with more on the way but my question is Why the hell do you get solo for finishing a rancor raid?
