Said TV show is a crippling issue in Wellerbania. The WCC completely failed to inform Chancellor Pablo Enrique Wilhelm-Williamsen about its Wellerbanian premiere on the People's Broadcasting Corporation @ 8:15PM local time/3:15AM EST/12:15AM PST on Wednesday, May 6th.
The Wellerbanian government along with all of Wellerbania's other analog broadcast networks, WBC, IBC, UBC & NBS, are banding together to bring an end to this "televised plague". Bigtopians are people, too!

We just put it on at 1:30am on APTV channel 1279. Nobody really watches it. It's conisdered to be the equivalent to the "Jerry Springer Show" or "Maury".

In the interest of fair play, we have a show right after, "Maxtopians say the darndest things." The pilot went real well, but now we have about a dozen different groups each filing suit to have their own show.

We are thinking of making a reality show called, "Our citizens say the darndest things." Then we can have a representative from each majority and minority group, all saying the darndest thing together. Hopefully they will take turns.

Y'know, they didn't tell me anything about this show either until the pilot aired. I was flabbergasted. We allow this stuff on TV? I went to a few advisors, and don't you know it, it's protected under freedom of speech, so I can't ban it. I had to denounce it in a press conference and apologize for the stupidity of others, and just try not to watch it. What a nightmare. I think this started because someone took my ruling way out of context - it was suggested that there should be more diversity in the media, and I thought that there was enough, and it isn't my job to tell directors who they can and cannot cast.

Sigh. Why can't I be one of the rulers whose people are all highly advanced alien robots, or elves or something, who aren't born with stupid? I just got humans.
