I've been slowly working on creating an English spelling reform called 'North American Phonetic English' (Which I am currently spelling 'Nɔrþ Umɛriken Fúnetik Ínglix', but there is a good chance that that will change.). It is still very early in its development, and nowhere near being ready to be added to any factbooks.

Kind of. In my as of yet unwritten cannon there are something like 3-4 made up languages including one that consists almost entirely of single bit words with no consonants (e.g. Wgyn vn gn wgn ...) and three that end up resulting in personal names that sound either horrifying (Maimkill Khan) or accidentally racist or offensive (Rapeobebbe, Wellendowned...) in english and yet have innocuous meanings. But Purpelian is very ill defined as "generically Germanic with odd spelling".

Another of my languages uses only vowels {a,e,i,o,u,w,y} as its complete phoneme inventory.

For example:
wiy! a i aeey, uei wy owa iia y eeoaoi.
Hello! I am Dawetid, but this language only uses vowels.

Some words are reversed to make their antonyms.
hello = wiy
goodbye = yiw
this = wy
that = yw

As you might guess english is not my first language. But I think you get the point. It's basically the reverse of your thing.

I toyed with the idea of a conlang for my NS nation. Some kind of mixture between Irish and Scots Gaelic with rudimentary Japanese. However, I retook my learning of an actual language and I’m so caught up in it that I don’t have the energy or headspace for the construction of an imaginary language. At least not now. Maybe in the future, provided I’m still here. Of course, it would only be as an experiment to see if I can do it and if it sounds functional. I don’t RP here so it wouldn’t really be used.

For this nation I have the Modern Elamite language, an a posteriori conlang based on the ancient language of the Elamites of the southwestern part of Iran and Iraq. To simulate nearly a millennium and a half of Muslim rule, I've poured a lot of Arabic terminology over top of it and shaken and stirred it with some Persian grammar. I have it divided into a literary form and a colloquial form, with the colloquial form containing several idiosyncrasies picked up from Iranian languages.

I absolutely have conlangs, though they're not very fleshed out as of now. The grammar is pretty much there, but I don't have more than 50 words I'm afraid.

I do have a list of sound and grammar changes to turn that language into a few dialects (that are pretty far removed from the original conlang).

I created it because, being fluent in Chinese, having a solid knowledge of Japanese, and interested in Korean and Vietnamese, I wanted my country to also be part of the Sinosphere.

I don't see how it's like Japanese? It has (Mandarin/Chinese) SVO word order vs (Japanese) SOV, for instance. The other structures seem pretty much like Mandarin to me, from the little bits I know about both languages.

My NS nation has a small conlang lexicon, but nothing approaching a true conlang. My fantasy world has a few conlangs though.

I do but it is only used in my region's RP and isn't in any factbooks. Even then, I only use it to name things in said regional RP.

I have and It's not fully completed yet but it's called Fransamondë and is a Romance based language

The word order is VSO (Verb-Subject-Object) and same as Biblical Hebrew and Irish
Words are pluralized in two ways: If it ends with a vocal add "s"
If it end's on a consonant add "es, as or os"

There is no gender version of words (if you know what I mean), as the romance languages have
However, the word for one is Unico if its word ends in e, i, y or a consonant. If the word ends in "a" it becomes Uñovëa instead. Example: Unico mañestri (A glass), Uñovëa computadora (A computer).

Past is marked with io after a verb: "Mio poṁa" (To measure) becomes pomio (To have measured).
The future is marked with the word poño after which means "come". Valcëncia poño dëa victoria poño tuttia (I will lose and you will win). Because of the subject comes after the verb that sentence is translated: Lose will I and win, will you.

Instead of adding the word "I" to verbs, you can just say the word directly (Instead of saying I need you can only say need):
Bosognoa and not Mimi bosognoa (Need instead of I need).

Mine is Eleutean, although I wouldn't consider it a conlang: it's more a quasi-cipher of Catalan because it essentially keeps its syntactical structure and some grammatical features while the lexicon is made a priori. The reason for being a quasi-cipher is simple: I don't plan to fully develop it; it only serves to name places, people, institutions, etc. for the sake of realism.

I have a really basic lexicon for place names that is mainly inspired by Classical Latin, but pretty bastardized and a jumble of mispronunciations
Also, making two entire, distinct but still similar sounding languages would soak up all of my remaining free time. It needs a lot more work though.

The Lescaarch language. It counts as a conlang in-universe, but it's technically one IRL. What probably prevents it is that I haven't fully developed it, and the in-universe Lescaarch isn't fully developed either. I have a couple words, and I created the first 10 numbers in the Lescaarch language, so there's that.

I thought about it at one point simply because my nation was originally based in an Earth-like alternate universe, but a lot of lore has changed over the years. Plus creating a language takes a lot of effort.
