Bugfixes
Fixed processing/grid amalgamation/livestock purge types being broken
Fixed a bug where a fleet split from its parent would forget the previous hyperspace jump and get stuck in systems with FTL inhibitors indefinitely
Fixed several out of sync bugs in multiplayer
Fixed some missing/broken localization in various languages
Fixed upgrading ships wrongly having their XP deleted
Fixed some UI visibility issues on certain screen resolutions
Fixed misleading costs displayed for building mining/research stations
Fixed Admirals being unassigned from a fleet during combat
Fixed FTL inhibition effect not being removed when you downgrade a starbase

Huh. Well, I guess that means I can take on a fallen empire now.

Fallen Empires start with something like five of every repeatable tech. But yes, you probably can.

I paid 3000 EC to a marauder empire to go say "hello" to my rivals, and they got destroyed fighting crystalline entities the first jump out of their home space.

Look at it this way, you've softened up both the Marauders and the crystalline entities. Now's your chance to swoop in and destroy them both.

I feel like extended Timeline for EU4 needs more flavor events. For example, a referendum if Sepratists control Crimea, resulting in Crimea either becoming 100% Independant or defecting to Crimea. Or Catalonian sepratists rising and attempting to break free. It would make the mod much more emmersive.

The problem is that EUIV is pretty much blobbing and unrealistic when it comes to administration. One of the reasons I hate it.

It's much less complicated and much more of a balance between Victoria 2, Crusader Kings, and Hearts of Iron. I was just suggesting that some events would add a bit of spice into the somewhat monotonous modern day starts. They could also make WW2 last a bit longer, as Nazi Germany always seems to peace out with Poland early on.

Depending on the start CK2 can turn into a blob-fest pretty quickly.

Edit: Anyways, since I'm bored, I've decided to set myself a challenge; starting from 769, make English exist.

Wouldn't the war exhaustion system make it really hard to fight an asymmetric war? In 1.9, I had managed to defeat empires with fleets ten times my size by turtling, running away, and retaking occupied worlds while they besieged other ones. It seems to me like it would be extremely hard now to fight that kind of war as losing planets would quickly destroy your morale.

And to retake your systems you need a fleet stronger than your turtled up starbases, and armies strong enough to beat your turtled up planets.

Well, now I'm a heretic, fraticelli. Started a new papacy which started a crusade on Muslim Aquitaine (they didn't occupy all of Aquitaine). Stupid vassals though raised council power since I was distracted in several wars; I won't take kindly to their betrayal.

Sadly my one-footed, one-handed, king of lepresy passed away giving the crown to his second daughter who ironically had the attractive trait.

Planning to convert the catholic french emperor's son to fraticelli and be pals with him. Assisting in crushing catholic revolts.

No you don't, because the enemy destroys those when they take the system initially. Also, I only really turtle my capital system and a couple systems nearby so that they can't be taken, and surrender the others until I can retake them.
