Alright, I am playing Stellaris as the New Galactic Order. My goal: unify all races and make sure they do the job they are biologically most suited for. My own race will take on the role of leader: forty years into the game, they only start dying after 180 years, making them the perfect master race as scientists, governors and military leaders. I will uplift a species of natural scientists soon, and I have my eye on conquering a strong race for the minerals and a race good at creating unity. In the end, the whole universe will fit together like a marvelous puzzle, and all will be balanced.

Also, it's probably Vicky III still because the full name of the title of EU Rome Is Europa Universalis: Rome, and therefore isn't easy to spell, unless they just shortened it.

Didn't one of the main guys behind Vicky 2 leave the studio quite a few years ago? I feel like if I'm remembering that right that might be why they haven't moved forward on a sequel.

1. When do they show up?
2. How do I make them appear quicker?
3. How do I tick em off?
4. What do I do once I have angered them?

1) They usually show up once you've developed Ideological thought, and one of the discoveries under that tech shows up. After that the Socialists and/or the Communists show up within a year.
2) Bumrush ideological thought, it opens up in 1840. If you really want to be efficient about it don't research anything other than whatever techs exist on the philosophy tree to build up tech points, and get the speediest possible progress.
3) Don't enact social reforms ever, don't suppress their militancy or consciousness activities (those of poor pops generally, and of laborer, or craftsman pops more specifically, when dealing with communist influence). Pump their issues in elections.
4) Once rebel stacks appear, leave the path to your capital open. They'll enforce their demands and you'll get a dictatorship of the proletariat. Though I caution you that letting them win a revolution will eat your prestige, and having a planned economy late game is a bit challenging to manage. Personally I prefer socialists/state capitalist over communists/planned economics, but that's just my own way of doing things. If you feel the urge to run everything about your economy manually go for it.

Thanks, dude.

Oh my, I finished my first playthrough in Crusader Kings. I never knew how fun playing a corrupted dynasty could be. By the 1000s, My Dynasty was essentially a circle, and by 1150, my entire kingdom was under the control of the same dynasty (I mean, all my direct vassals and their direct vassals were from the same dynasty).

I know what most dynasties are supposed to look like, but I swear I essentially wed a lady and her grandson a couple of times :/ (and then wed their child to the younger parent's sibling). IT wasn't a circle, per se, but a Regular polygon resembling one.)
