I've never actually seen nor read it tbh, I want to though.
"Those who reached my boundary, their seed is not; their hearts and their souls are finished forever and ever. As for those who had assembled before them on the sea, the full flame was their front before the harbour mouths, and a wall of metal upon the shore surrounded them. They were dragged, overturned, and laid low upon the beach; slain and made heaps from stern to bow of their galleys, while all their things were cast upon the water." - Ramesses III., Battle of the Delta

London went bye bye. I then promptly invaded the UK and despite London having level 10 forts I pretty easily waltzed in. By the time I reached Scotland the UK finally gave up and capitulated after several long years and millions of dead Brits. Just for you Iffy. O hi Uncle Sam (it took the US until 1947 to join the war btw, thanks Alf!) DC was the same as London, level 10 forts but I just surrounded it and it fell in about a week. Japan came to join the fun! North America about 2 weeks before the final surrender.
Post war old world and Post war new world. Overall 11/10 playthrough, would scream at the Italians again.

Unpopular opinion but yes I do think Pdox needs to add the darker aspects of warfare to HoI4. Nukes should lower population numbers (like they used to), Germany should be able to get cores on eastern Europe etc etc.

To quote Extra Credits "I understand that the Holocaust is an ugly, difficult, and controversial subject to confront but if you're afraid of ugly and horrific subject matter maybe you shouldn't make a game about the largest, most costly conflict in human history. It just kind of comes with the territory."

Paradox games would be terrible at handling the Holocaust. You get the Liberated Auschwitz event, and it's all serious, crimes of the Nazis beyond anything we imagined, murder on an inconceivable scale, +20 Prestige, Everyone's Opinion Of Hitler -100. Then two ticks later you get the "lol, a comet!" event.
