Well, statistically speaking there is a 50% chance that a sith will die by bisection by lightsaber and a chance of 50% of their dead involving a really, really deep pit. The remaining 25% died because of lightning strikes. (only the movies were used for these statistics.)
So their deaths are perhaps not the most, but still brutal.
Does decapitation really count as bisection? I think the word implies that the two pieces are roughly similar in size.
