In all honesty, it probably will run. I have a GeForce 6150LE card and I can run some pretty banging games, I'd imagine an old game like Rome: Total War would run just fine.

Hell, you can pretty much play as almost anyone in Europe with the expansions. (Personal favorite is the Britannica Campaign)
