Who is your favorite character in your favorite book series? What book series are they from? What relation do they have to the main character? If your able to, post a picture of them or describe them. Manga and comics like DC or Marvel are included.

Example:

My favorite character is Niko Leandros from the Cal Leandros Series. He is the older brother of the main character, Cal Leandros. I don't have any pictures of him. He has blonde hair that in the first book goes down his back in a braid while in the rest of the books, it is cut to about his neck. He has gray eyes and walks around in a trench coat.

Any series?

Horatio Hornblower, the sea captain.

A comic series?

Magneto, a complex villain character.

Although my son and I both do appreciate Wolverine and his angst.

Can't really pick one. Gollum from LotR is pretty high up on the list, but there are others.

"Our progress in degeneracy appears to me to be pretty rapid. As a nation, we began by declaring that "all men are created equal." We now practically read it "all men are created equal, except negroes" When the Know-Nothings get control, it will read "all men are created equal, except negroes, and foreigners, and Catholics." When it comes to this I should prefer emigrating to some country where they make no pretence of loving liberty -- to Russia, for instance, where despotism can be taken pure, and without the base alloy of hypocracy." - President Abraham Lincoln.

Al'Lan Mandragoran, probably. But Rand Al'Thor pulled the badass-est double kill a couple days before Dumai's Wells.

Ha ha! I just saw the last episode of Fullmetal Alchemist today!

My favorite character would probably have to be Sabriel or Lirael from Garth Nix's Old Kingdom Trilogy.

Well, I could name plenty, but I think I'll go with:
Samuel Vimes from the Discworld series.
