I'd rather you were right, but I just can't shake the feeling that no-one's actually going to be a Skrull except for characters introduced in the show.

Aside from Black Bolt (and in a very vague, if you squint and use a lot of headcanons, Hank Pym), I'd go as far to say even the comics never actually did anything with "Oh, shit, they were a Skrull" or even "No-one noticed I was a Skrull". (Black Bolt was a Skrull and when he came back he decided the logical response was to go to space and to make everyone in the universe Inhuman. The Pym!Skrull stuff manifests in the history of Tigra.)
