Thor and Captain Marvel don't appear to be part of that Right Stuff walk at the end. Or Banner. So, all of their heavy hitters don't go wherever it is they're going. I have no idea what that means, but it just occurred to me.

My theory is that the heavier hitters are going to try to distract Thanos while the others are going to try and rescue the trapped avengers.

Banner does though.

The first part of the trailer is completely black and white save for red clothes and flags, which makes me think Liam Neeson is going to defeat Thanos.

Nice to see War Machine got a shoulder mounted Rocket launcher.

It’d be a hilarious callback if the ex-wife defeated Thanos.

Or at least showed up at all.

They're not there at all, not not wearing the suits.

Because they're about to undo the thing he sacrificed everything for, his life's work.

Looks like we get it one day before the US.

I probably won't see it on release day, though, so it doesn't really matter.

I do hope the first half of the film isn't just everyone being miserable and thinking about giving up..

Well character drama is nice but it should not be simple angst for the sake of angst.

Well their goal is clearly going to be to bring everyone back to life which Thanos does not want them to do. I mean with the lengths he went to I doubt he would be okay with the hero´s just undoing it all.

I hope so, I hope it's not an hour and a half of soul searching before everyone gets their act together.

One question on the trailer.. who's the blond with Captain Marvel and Thor at the end, I'd assume it's Romanov but elsewhere she clearly has her red hair not this shiny blond.. the face isn't shown.

I ask because my gut feel is Captain America pisses off Captain Marvel but someone gets to bring Thor and CM together.. and so there's two story strands here.. hence why both aren't seen marching into space..

I feel like they still need to establish where they are in the story, and that the whole grieving part needs to be fully fleshed out at the beginning of the movie. Maybe much like how they still needed to establish basically what the hell is going on with the Infinity Stones at the beginning of Infinity War.

And yes, that is Black Widow.

It's Black Widow. There are in all likelihood some time travel shenanigans. She has the blonde hair in the previous trailer telling Captain America that this will work and then noticing Scott on the security camera. Also in the CM post credits when Carol shows up Black Widow has blonde hair.

Remember Janet telling Scott to stay away from time vortexes. Those might be quantum suits they're wearing.

Just got back from the cinema. Thought it was pretty good; definitely above average for an MCU movie. Like Carol, loved her friendship with Fury, glad we'll get to see more of her so soon with Endgame coming.

Clunky first act stops it being truly great, and there's one section at the climax that felt rather gratuitous and fansevice-y. Also, there were a couple of times where it felt like it was trying to be an MCU movie with the humour, and it really didn't need to do that.

I love that there's a sexist biker jerk who tells her to smile. Fucking brilliant.

Found the biker bit especially funny considering the douches that had used that smile app on her posters back during the movies promotion.
