In reference to the regional Country music poll, submitted by me and written and posted by Lordren on Balder. The NS system Is not letting me post music video links, or my new computer browser I hate stinks? Wish one is it or both? I'm now going to post them on the arts and music forum as soon as possible. I wish video links would keep strictly to the topic, stars, and songs, they don't. Too many greats to choose from. The more way back you go, the better country music stars and country songs, rockabilly songs.

I had an acquaintance friend. Looks like Jonny Cash, sins like Johnny Cash,, has the same deep unique voice. One day, their was a fire at his house, not sure how much damage it did. But he went to the Karaoke bar that night and sang his heart out on Ring of Fire.

I love country music, there is nothing wrong with country music, the music that really made America great. In Cuba and Miami we have two Cuban Guajiro Country music styles, similar and different in style to American country music.

I grew up on country in the 80s/90s. Can't say I'm especially fond of some of the current stuff though- a little too "bro" lately, too much pop in it.

Garth Brooks though, oh man. Saw him live in concert last year, and "absolutely mind-blowing" does not do that concert justice. Always have loved his music, from the really emotional pieces like The River, We Shall Be Free, The Change, etc to the really fun and/or goofy songs like Friends in Low Places. (And you have not seen 17000 people collectively lose their shit with absolute glee faster than at the aforementioned concert when he played the first three chords of that one. XD)
