Problem is that Stellaris doesn't have any "nations" or too many repeating events; unlike CK2, EUIV, Vicky II, and HoI IV, there aren't really any nations or events that happen to almost every player (excepting a few things, but those really aren't major or iconic enough to make whole videos about). It's still a pretty good game, just doesn't have the same stuff.
