Ironically him getting assassinated is the best thing for the Empire.
I agree actually, i also believe the theory he orchestrated the whole thing.

I think Titus Mede II did a good job given the circumstances, but i do feel that its best for the Empire to get someone else for the future.

Same. I first finished the main story then Dawnguard, then I’ll do Dragonborn. I want to get more shouts and quests done in Skyrim before going to Solstheim, though.

Yeah i like to have a good few shouts at level three before i head there.

Also i have three Drain Vitality shouts at max level, all unlocked. Im not sure what has happened, but i think they duplicated somehow and i didnt notice. One does slightly more damage than the other two though which is odd.

I think there’s a glitch where Drain Vitality gets mixed or messed up by that other shout, the one that weaken targets. It’s weird. It happened to me awhile back but not recently.

Also I think, despite my character escaping Helgen with Ralof and favouring the Stormcloaks in Season Unending, I’m going to join the Empire. I would think that Harold (my Nord, who came originally from Bruma) would stop believing in Ulfric after exposure to the real state of Skyrim and the revelations he’s experienced throughout his time in Skyrim.

According to the ES wiki its this:

If the Dragonborn has acquired at least 1 word of both the Drain Vitality and Marked for Death shouts, a second version (or several more) of one of them, that uses the same words, will appear in the shout menu and will be usable, with all the words having a cooldown of 12. Its description will say "Drains 1 points of Health per second for 20 seconds. Drains 1 point of Magicka per second for 20 seconds. Drains 1 points of Stamina per second for 20 seconds." Spending a soul on Marked for Death also counts as using it on said copy. Each time a new word is learned for Marked for Death, it is learned for this alternate version as well.

What??? Fixing bugs? Oh no we cant have that! Gracious Overlord Todd the God Howard graced us with the original core essence of Skyrim in the Special Edition. Bugs and all. Only then can we appreciate his genius. It must not be sullied.

Also, I played through on the vampire's side (because I never do that) and got cured to stop the Dawnguard from popping up at inconvenient times. Turns out they still try to kill me in spite of the fact I am not a vampire.

I think you have to talk to her over the course of the storyline and just don’t offend her. I chose the “you could be your own person again” and “I’ll support you no matter what” options in the dialogue that lets you convince her to cure herself. She’ll leave your company for some days then reappear in Fort Dawnguard.

My stealth build run is going well so far. I’m making sure to do low level stuff now so as not to lose out later. For example, I actually visited the Vigilants Hall before the vampires burned it down, and I’m on the lookout for the muffle enchantment because I know it gets harder to find later.

Also, TIL you can start the Thieves Guild quest without framing the vendor. Just steal the ring and then enter a building by the market. It fails the plant objective but doesn’t break the quest progression.
TG me about my avatars for useless trivia.

Not much there, but it was worth doing just to see what’s there.

There’s some loot in some barrels that doesn’t count as stealing, and you can find an enchanted weapon, a daedra heart, and a skill book if you’re willing to steal.

The place will also make you hate the vigilants, since they won’t shut up about their moral crusade for two seconds. I’m glad the vampires got them.

Also they sent hired thugs after me for taking the above items, and that wasn’t fun to deal with on an early stealth build.

It was a lifestyle that was forced upon her and ever since the ritual her family has never been the same. It's because of her status that she was locked away for thousands of years.

She's only suffered from her "gift", I think her calling it that is more of a coping mechanism to deal with how much bullshit she was put through.
