Plainsong and the chants of the Benedictines have always been particularly relaxing to listen to, though recently I have discovered Byzantine liturgical music, and that's just as lovely.
Balance is important in diets, gymnastics, and governments most of all.

Despite my disdain for organised religion, I do find ecclesiastical architecture and art to be rather beautiful. Dali's Christ of Saint John of the Cross is a particularly amazing work.
