Anyone here ever listen to Unfinished Thought? Pandora introduced me to them on my Stolen Babies radio and they seem pretty obscure. Granted they aren't metal, but they do have a dark atmosphere and some general heaviness so I figure I might as well share with you guys.

I bought a microphone and two Irish tin whistles on Amazon today...should be ready to record some folkish black metal. I have to get my drum program fixed, and wait for that stuff to come in the mail. That's all that is stopping me now.

I have a few songs written, really inspired by Downfall of Nur, Ancst and Forseti (a German neofolk band).

I hope they get their shit together. Their last album was extremely dull. Sure, it wasn't their worst, but at least those worse albums had that one or two actually good songs. While In Times had no bad songs, it didn't really have anything good either.

I thought "One Thousand Years of Rain" was a great song. But the rest... yeah. Rather meh.

I would prefer a more modern sort of Monumension album. That's one of my favorite prog metal albums as is. With more clean vocals since Grutle has expanded his range and whoever they get to replace Herbrand Larsen.

I liked that song and the title track but for the most part yeah it's far from my favorite.
