Shit I realized only now that I linked the wrong song

"For a second I thought the song opened with female vocals..."

Now it's better :p

This sounds like if Judas Priest decided to add synthwave

On their last.fm page I saw "Abba x Judas Priest" comment and I have to agree. It also works fantastically well. Can't stop listening to that song.

I found out why the remastered Realm Of Chaos artwork is...meh?
Speaking as a 40k fan it gets uglier the more you look at it but I can see non-fans liking it.

Now it's true that I prefer the old artwork as well, but you don't want to give a ruthless corporation such as Games Workshop even a single chance to prosecute you.

That same Games Workshop used to be a rather friendly miniature wargaming company back when they were not yet a corporate behemoth, but these days have long gone. Obscene amounts of money tend to change people.

Most companies go through a process that starts with them being small and friendly, since they view their customers as people and not walking wallets, and ends with them being ruthlessly profit-focused to the exclusion of all else. Games Workshop is no exception.

Granted, their miniatures look pretty good, so there's that. Very gothic black metal, the Imperium of Man.

Someone listened to death metal and liked it on the first listen?

With no prior experience with the extreme side at all. This is rare shit. Even I had to adjust to Death Metal

Was James Hetfield's stolen amp ever found? Because if it still survives I couldn't imagine anything else being the holy grail of a metal collection. If not it was probably destroyed in a fire or landfill somewhere.

Maybe it was the same fire that permanently destroyed Metallica's talent.

Oh, shit! I just found out Stallion released a new album...in 2017...I'm really bad at keeping up with this stuff.

Still, love those dudes. What first brought me to the metal thread in fact.
