Next version of the thread be more inclusive 'Metal/Punk/Hard Rock' both since generally we seem to like that stuff, as well as it would increase readership and post volume. Aye/Nay?

I vote Aye for Hard Rock but only if it's actually Hard Rock, not just loud Pop Rock.

Abstain for Punk because I don't know enough about the genre.

That's the type I prefer. I like bands that I don't know whether they're punk or metal and don't really care.

Hell, early European thrash metal basically was repurposed crust punk, while Venom was absolutely hated by mentally inflexible metal & hard rock album reviewers because of their absolutely heretic punk rock approach towards heavy metal.

I already own titles from acts such as His Hero Is Gone, From Ashes Rise, Tragedy, Deviated Instinct, Anti Cimex, Doom, and a bunch of other bands.
