I've got a copy of one game from every pair and a few of the "third" ones. They're for proper playthroughs where I put some thought into my team (well, given that i always keep one of the starters, an Eeveelution, and a Mawile if that's available in the game, I put thought into half of my team.

For those playthroughs where I'm just killing time because I'm bored I mostly use emulators so I can speed up catching and grinding.

Even before nintendo "shut down" emu paradise most major nintendo franchises had their roms removed. you can still find some nintendo franchises like pikmin but the "pik"ings are slim.

I'm trying to get all of my Pokèmon to at least level 40. I did beat the Elite 4 on another play-through ages ago.

I got a shiny Marill!

This is actually a really big deal for me, because Marill was my first Shiny ever and my copy of Ruby that it was on got stolen, so I've been searching for another one for almost a decade.

4 days worth of work, 3 shiny Purple Wurmples, 3 shiny fucking Cascoons.

Now I gotta go look for Silcoon itself instead, but they're not fun to look for, so that's just peachy. (I also might've broken my record of most shinies found in 1 day at 6)
