Recently, Alakazam, Metagross, and Primarina.

Psychic, Psycho cut, disable, psybeam for Alakazam. Metagross: Psychic, Earthquake, Sludge Bomb and Meteor mash.

Primarina Sparkling Aria, bubble beam, hydro pump, and moon blast.

Mainly, I'm worried that the winners are laughing behind my back.

Are you competing in OU or UU? If OU, I would prefer this set.

Ability: Torrent
EVs: 172 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Moonblast
- Psychic
- Hidden Power Fire

Hydro Pump can switched out to scald if you want accuracy, and a way to possibly burn Pokemon that are switched in. The other STAB move in the set is Moonblast, which allows you to get rid of major threats like Keldeo, Latios, and Mega Gyrados. Psychic gets rid of pesky poison Pokemon that resist Primarina, like Toxapex and more. Hidden Power Fire is useful, even though I hate using Hidden Power, I think it's a cheap way to get coverage. But, this is Primarina's only way to get past annoying Ferrothorn, which would typically completely wall Primarina. But, the type match-up is still not great and I would suggest a switch out to fire if a Ferrothorn wall comes into play. I dont think he is competing in anything just doing battle spot singles on sun and moon.

Update on my moon poison gym team, I now have a perfect bulbasaur and venipede with the right ability and nature. Still trying to get that dastardly zubat, a male nidoran, mareanie, and alolan grimer.

Whenever I spoil my mons with pickup ability in pokemon refresh they start finding more/better items. I've wound up with a lot of sun/moon stones.

Pretty sure I got a hacked shiny ho-oh in wondertrade. It has 6IVs, the perfect nature for it, and has the regenerator ability. I'll probably put in on GTS for some legendary.

I was just reading this, and I realized that there are too few ghost pokemon. ALthough, the recent gen did help alleviate that problem somewhat with the addition of my second favorite 'Mon, Mimikyu.

What we need is an ice bug. I propose something like an Alolan Volcarona, a big floofyfloof moth with nice shades of blues/purples to counter the standard's reds and oranges.

Or maybe something like a diving beetle/oarman that pulls people/mons down through the ice to drown/freeze them and eat them underwater. How nasty would that be?

If we can have multiple steel bugs then there's no reason why we can't have an ice bug.

so...basically have more dual-type bug pokemon? I mean...there hasn't been too many elemental bugs.

Fire, water, electric, steel, ghost, flying, rock, and ground, off the top of my head. A lot wind up poison. There may be a couple grass. Cutiefly's line is fairy. I think at least one dragon (yanmega?).

A punch-bug would be neat too... The crab wound up fight/water and fight/ice.

But mostly I want an icebug.
